Membership and Events Coordinator


MEMBERSHIP and EVENTS COORDINATOR

Versatile, take-charge person needed for Albany-based, statewide trade group.  This is a full-time position with occasional overnight travel within NYS. Interviews to begin after 10/15/2018.

 

Responsibilities:

-        Membership support and relations

-        Maintain membership and conference databases

-        Plan and coordinate a Spring trade show/​convention with an outsourced registration company

-        Plan, coordinate and execute a Fall conference

-        Manage the office to include answering phones, general administrative duties, ordering supplies and manage office equipment

 

Skillset:

-        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online applications

-        Excellent customer service

-        Strong organizational skills

-        Detail oriented

-        Ability to work independently

 

Experience:

-        Association management experience preferred

-        Associate or Bachelor degree preferred

-        Office management experience preferred
